Every year, for the days when we enjoy a well-deserved holiday inspired by the Christmas air, we make a list of good purposes, many of which are never fulfilled.
The truth is, it's not easy to maintain an exercise rhythm or stick to a diet for more than two weeks; there is no shortage of those who try to capitalize by keeping banknotes in a book, only to get rid of them in a consumer outburst.
Most of the New Year's resolutions succumb to lack of motivation and because routine prevails over discipline; But there are also other goals that are not met for not taking the appropriate and timely decision.
To meet those goals, it is important to take some initiatives that are essential:
- Do not postpone: You have to start as soon as possible. If you did not take the initiative in December, take it in January, because continuing to postpone it is a sign of abandoning the project.
- Define priorities: If you set many goals, you may not be able to reach any. To achieve this, it is convenient to prepare a list of five priority issues, clear, concise and feasible, at most.
- A powerful reason: The goal has to be justified in powerful reasons. Ask yourself why you want to change the car, buy such a house, renovate furniture, etc., and answer objectively and not because others are doing it.
Now, based on these principles, we ask you: Have you set your goals yet? Buy the car, a lot or a farm? Buy or renovate a house? Start a study plan? Make the dream vacation trip?
