In cooperatives we seek the well-being and development of our members and the community as a whole, instead of prioritizing only economic benefit. By promoting mutual aid, equity and solidarity, in cooperatives we focus on the needs and aspirations of our members, which often results in a positive social and economic impact in the communities where we operate.
This is how we have visualized it since our foundation as Coopealianza 52 years ago. And, to ensure that our services and benefits reach more people, we have worked hard to expand and cover the national territory, also extending our hours in certain branches strategically; an action that many customers have rewarded with their loyalty and trust.
New offices and extended hours for a better service
Currently we continue to invest in offering the best service, which is why we have new offices:
- pejibaye
- Golfito
- Cajon by Perez Zeledon
- siquirres
They all work regular hours, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
In addition, in some of our facilities we decided to extend the hours:
- El Parque Office, PZ: From Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., and Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. / Sundays from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
- City Quesada: Office transfer to Mall El Encuentro with extended hours from Monday to Saturday from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and Sundays from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
- Alajuela: Transfer to City Mall in Alajuela, also with extended hours from Monday to Saturday from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and Sundays from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

We even opened a new office in Curridabat with extended hours. Now we can serve you from Monday to Saturday from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and Sundays from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
