Delivery of Surpluses period 2023
Dear associate, Coopealianza informs you that the Board of Directors approved the delivery of the Surpluses registered from January 01, 2023 to December 31, 2023.
Amount to distribute
The amount to distribute is ¢3,273,437,429.22, which will be done proportionally (4.698919%) to the balance of Share Capital registered in the name of each associate, taking as reference the balance of share capital as of January 1, 2023. In addition, it must 10% of the income tax of each member will be withheld in accordance with the provisions of Law 7092, Income Tax Law, modified by Law 9635, Law on Strengthening Public Finances.
Delivery will be from Sunday, April 21, 2024 until Wednesday, July 31, 2024. After that date, associates who have not withdrawn the corresponding surpluses will have them capitalized in the Social Capital account of each associate.
Terms of use
These are the conditions governing delivery.
The following cases will not be able to withdraw surpluses:
- Our Companies debtors, co-debtors or guarantors with credits in uncollectible state or judicial collection.
- Our Companies debtors, co-debtors or guarantors with credits that present two or more late payments.
- Our Companies debtors, co-debtors or guarantors who present credit cards with late payments, which must be up to date with the minimum payment.
- The Associated debtor, co-debtor or guarantor with two or more installments in arrears, you may authorize the application of the surpluses to cover at least one installment, however, you must pay the difference not covered by said surpluses.

How can you withdraw the surplus?
- Through the App or the Coopealianza Virtual Transactional Website.
- The associate may request at 2785-3000 that the surpluses be transferred to the account related to the VISA COOPEALIANZA debit card to make the withdrawal through ATMs.
- You can also visit our offices to make the respective withdrawal.
